If a customer requests the correction of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, stating that the information is not accurate, or requests the suspension of its use, stating that it is handled beyond the scope of the pre-publicized purpose or collected through deception or other illicit means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation to confirm that the request is made by the customer him/herself.

If a customer requests the deletion of personal information and we determine that it is necessary to respond to such request, we will confirm that the request is made by the customer him/herself and proceed with the deletion of the personal information, notifying the customer accordingly.

The provisions of 6-1 and 6-2 do not apply if we are not obligated to make corrections or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Law or other applicable laws and regulations.
Additionally, in cases where the alteration of such personal information incurs substantial costs or it is difficult to make changes, and alternative measures are necessary to protect the customer's rights and interests, we may not comply with the request for correction.
